Our Bespoke Facial package is the answer for treating skin-related issues. The reason why we only offer packages is we don’t believe a single treatment can completely fix any issues you’re having. With the experience of clients who are not consistent with their treatments tend to find the skin condition may return due to lack of proper care. For this reason, we provide a course of 4 treatments which can be spread out either weekly, monthly, or bi-weekly, however, you’d like to spread the treatment will depend on you and the recommendations made during your consultation. We highly recommend for best results you come for your treatment weekly, when starting, and once you’ve achieved results then maintenance once a month.

Loyal had issues with her skin and had received a facial from somone who did not understand her skin and did more damage than good for her. She had booked a facial with us and has been a loyal client for almost two years. Due to her ongoing health-related issues within her body, she was breaking out a lot, due to stress from studying, having two young children, and balancing two jobs her body was stressed out and it was expressing itself through the skin ( and other body parts). She did disclose that she did not have the healthiest of diets so this also contributed. Her skincare regime at the time was suggested by the person who she had previously received a facial from and they told her to buy a bunch of products from the drugstore ( which is no problem as long as you know what their uses are, who they are for and how long it takes till you see results) this awful recommendation had caused her to completely break out even more and her skin was crying for help. During our consultation, I suggested she stop using the products that were suggested to her as she was completely suffocating her skin with new products and was misusing them especially due to the fact her skin was already having a little tantrum after her introducing all these products at once was causing it to cry even louder and rage. We tried a natural approach to calm and cleanse the skin which her skin loved, this allowed her skin to purge and release all the toxins and we gave her a breakdown of what she could expect each day/ week with her skin. Due to the sensitivity of the skin, the first treatment solely focused on cleansing the first layer and removing build-up. We did recommend she come every two weeks just so we could help with the new skin cells that were regenerating due to her busy schedule she could only come once a month but even with that she had reaped amazing results and her skin was clearing up very fast. As mentioned because of her health-related issues and her inconsistency after she received the results she wanted and lack of management she did find her skin breaking out from time to time, nothing major but this could have been nipped in the bud with regular and consistent treatments.
